This project consisted of the demolition and renovation of the Casino’s existing 11,400 sf Buffet space into a new Hell’s Kitchen Restaurant. Work includes all new finishes, a large main dining area, chefs’ tables, private dining areas for private events, towering wine features, new kitchen equipment, and many special features synonymous with the celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsey.
