Mike Moorefield
President
Mike has over 40 Years of hands on construction experience having worked at Moorefield Construction, Inc. since high school. Upon his father’s passing when Mike was 25 years of age he came in from being a field superintendent and along with his mother, Ann Moorefield and two brothers, he took the rein’s and built the company to what it is today.

Hal has over 35 years of construction experience with a wide range of public and private sector projects. As Executive Vice President, Hal is focused on client and industry partner relationships, and ensuring that Moorefield has the necessary resources committed to deliver a quality project. He is intimately involved in every project phase – estimating, value added engineering, preconstruction, construction, and the warranty phase.

Don Hamann

Don has over 30 years of construction experience with a wide range of public works, retail, entertainment, hospitality, medical and military projects. As Vice President of Operations, Don is focused on coordinating and managing every project to be cost effective, to maintain the project schedule, and provide the highest workmanship possible.
Bill Hall

Bill has worked with Moorefield Construction, Inc. (MCI) in a variety of capacities over the past 26 years. Bill has focused his activities on providing value engineering to our customers; assisting with structural systems and managing projects that are highly visible from preconstruction through final owner sign-off. Bill’s strength lies in organizing himself and the team to develop and meet construction schedules and budgets, resolve issues quickly, and efficiently to meet deadlines set by ownership.
