Moorefield Construction, Inc. enters into each project with the philosophy of providing feedback on the design so that the project will be completed as efficiently as possible. Below is an outline of the services Moorefield Construction Inc. would provide if choses as your General Contractor.
The Moorefield Construction Inc. team will review the construction drawings for clarity and confirmation of previously agreed upon structural and architectural elements. Additionally, Moorefield Construction Inc. will review tenant requirements and review the civil, Architectural and Landscape drawings prior to release to subcontractors for bidding. A redline of set plans with comments will be produced and relayed to the Arcitect for inclusion with the City plan check comments
We commit to providing the staff required during pre-construction process including selection of Architect, Civil Engineer and various consultants necessary to complete the project. Initially Hal Moorefield and Fred Stephenson will be in attendance at team meetings. Eventually the Project Manager and Project Superintendent will be incorporated into the process at the appropriate time.
The Moorefield Construction Inc. team will be responsible for evaluating methods and materials to assure the team is designing the most cost effective project. Details of the structural and architectural elements of the building will be analyzed for alternates which will be presented to the project team for their review. Moorefield Construction, Inc. takes great pride in our ability to produce a state of the art project at the most competitive price. Additionally, will prepare detailed Project Budgets at appropriate intervals of Pre-Construction process.
